Golden Beach Qld, 2005
New Six story apartment block, comprising 12 boutique units. Awarded 2005 MBQ winner for best apartment building over $3.0 million
Farm House
Cooran Qld, 2004
Purpose designed solar passive residence. The entire residence was designed with the minimalist in mind. All floors are polished concrete, walls white painted plasterboard, and all joinery is black satin epoxy with stainless steel benching. The hose has been orientated to capture the breezes and control solar penetration.
Apartment Refurbishment

Dubbed, the Pink Palace, this iconic building of the early seventies has been given a new lease of life, and has been transformed into a set of 4 Boutique prestige apartments. This project won the 2009 HIA Sunshine Coast Apartment of the Year. Now fondly known as the “Wedge” the name harks back from the days when local surfers would rendezvous at this location on the backs of the Currimundi Lakes
