Architectural Service: Residential – for an elegant shed as residence for private client, providing for improved and comfortable sustainable living, consisting of spacious 5×3 home (and more) styled on industrial design and locally available man made materials and skills, tailored to better suit a dry arid environment enduring 85% sunshine per year and sudden seasonal and torrential downpours. The house makes best use of the constrained site and its orientation, the views on to golf course, all to provide a double volume spaciousness throughout which is naturally lit, naturally ventilated and thermally improved enabling for further natural resource capture opportunities and recycling.

Project Management Service: Commercial – provided to Hassell Architects, in assisting with the final design, contract documentation, tender process, construction and completion of this $8Million Grade A grade three storey 2000sq.m two level office building above undercroft parking, consisting of reinforced concrete frame structure, service core and required access, fully serviced, double glazed with insulated panel facades, roofing and undercroft ceiling all designed to achieve 5 star NABERS energy efficiency rating, forming part of an existing Office Park area consisting of 4 other multi level buildings. The proposed expansion of the existing multi level car park facility has also been a separate project.
