ALDERLEY MULTI-RESIDENTIAL DEVELOPMENT (Lloyd St), BRISBANE 4 Detached Dwellings This project is a multi-residential development comprising of four terrace houses designed and developed by Archibett. This development is the first of such town planning approvals to create individual residences on a multi-residential site. The planning of the 3 bedroom residences was designed to take advantage of the views from the first floor living/ deck areas with privacy screens to the deck areas.

BRISBANE VETERINARY SPECIALIST CENTRE, ALBANY CREEK 3 Levels, 1,493sqm A new veterinary specialist centre is situated between two vacant blocks of land, and was sited to take full advantage of views to adjacent parklands. The design incorporates both the pragmatic and highly specialised requirements of a Veterinary Hospital, with an entry verandah veiled in a transparent skin that acts as both the public address and as a place of social interaction and informal meeting.

SWIMMING POOL COMPLEX, CLAYFIELD COLLEGE, CLAYFIELD, QLD The new two-storey pool facilities building houses classrooms/change rooms and club facilities and replaces an outdated and now demolished set of change rooms. Situated along the existing 50m swimming pool the new building creates a vibrant sporting complex for the college and local community groups.
