Projects:
McNab Offices
Toowoomba, 2006
The McNab building is a modern office building constructed on an old industrial site on the fringe of the Toowoomba CBD. The development uses coloured concrete precast panels aluminium panels, sun control louvers to create a modern building. There is lift access to basement carpark and two levels of office accommodation. The building was designed as principal office for a major building contractor as their head office. The building has attracted a good range of tenants and presents a quality space and landmark building.
Medici Medical & Retail Centre
Toowoomba, 2006
The medical centre was developed adjacent to St Vincent’s Hospital in East Toowoomba. The complex meets a need for Specialist Medical Suites that cater to Toowoomba and surrounding districts. The building design pushed the envelope of the Town Plan, which allowed for two-storey buildings. The Medici Medical Centre is three storeys and designed to meet certain criteria negotiated with Toowoomba City Council planning officers. The Building appears as a two-storey ‘solid’ form with lighter third level which is dark and recessed, satisfying the planners’ issues. There are two levels of secure basement car park for visitors and staff. The centre has a retail component on ground floor including caf’, chemist and space for associated businesses. The Medical Suites vary in size and are serviced by two secure lifts and common areas.
Namoi Cotton Offices

It is a two story office which utilises Alucobond cladding to focus attention on the entry. The building has commanding views to Queens Park and east creek water feature. The building was developer built with fitout design by ELIA Architecture and James Cubitt Architects for Namoi Cotton
