LAKE STUDIO offers innovative and creative design solutions for residential, commercial, health and educational projects. RIVERBREEZE
Mid North Coast, NSW, 2013
The new home was designed in collaboration with a local builder on the Mid North Coast, NSW. This relationship was formed early in the project to ensure the client’s aspirations, time and budget was achieved. The site had difficult design constraints of south sloping block, limited solar access for natural daylighting and located within a bushfire zone. Local materials, contractors and suppliers were included in the project to develop and support local business relationships.
