Placemark Consultants Newcastle undertakes projects locally and regionally. Mark Fenwick launched this business in 2015 after more than 30 years with a large architectural practice gaining valuable experience across a range of project types, complexities, including health care, civic, educational, commercial, residential and heritage. Mark now focuses on heritage projects with a particular interest in early feasibilty planning, adaptive re-use, conservation, significance assessments, curtilage studies, impact statements, conservation and management policy, interpretation and public art. Placemark Consultants takes a collaborative approach working with other teams and with the client.
