A four story apartment building accommodating 35 self contained apartments, communal facilities, gymnasium, computer room, meeting rooms, roof top terrace, secure entrance courtyard and underground parking. The apartments are grouped around a north facing courtyard which provides each apartment with natural light and ventilation, solar access and views to the Hastings River.
