eco541 Corporate Office Headquarters
Subiaco, WA, 2010
Eco541 is a 4,000sqm office building which provides 2,700sqm of NLA over three stepped floors all over a semi-basement car park. The building’s design evolved in response to the following; a) the restrictions set by the narrow, triangular, sloping site. b) the site –specific development restrictions set by both the Subiaco Council and the Subiaco Redevelopment Authority. c) our client’s requirement that we deliver an iconic building. d) our client’s requirement that we deliver a GBCA 5
St Louis Estate Apartments
Claremont, WA, 2010
St Louis Estate Apartments provides six ‘high end’ retirement living apartments over three levels all over a basement level carpark. The tight steeply sloping site is bounded by existing residential units on three sides and by a major highway complete with a brace of heritage listed Moreton Bay fig trees on the fourth. Our client called for a high level of both exterior and interior design and finishes and an exceptionally high level of in-built environmental sustainability.
Sumitomo WA Regional Headquarters Office
Alluvion Building, Perth, 2010
Located on the top floor of the 20 storey Alluvion Building, this prestigious 50 long x 5 metre wide, fully glazed tenancy provides spectacular views across of the River Swan. In response to the tenancy’s unique configuration its connection to the river, the fitout has been kept as open as possible with the only enclosed spaces being the fully glazed boardroom at one end and the fully glazed regional manager’s office at the other. SPH also commissioned the entry foyer sculpture.
