Projects:
Fryar St House
Camp Hill, 2009
Extensive renovation & extension to a character house on a small lot in a demolition control precinct (the town planning three-amigos you could say). A good example of how much can be achieved within the limits of City Plan.
Mayes House
Wellington Point, 2008
Just how much house can you build for under a million dollars? A highly collaborative design with the clients choosing to have a high level of involvement to solve the many issues presented by this challenging bayside site. This is a 4 bedroom multi-storey house with a massive, open plan living area and upper and lower level verandahs around 180 degrees.
Forestdale House
Forestdale, 2010
A new house on acreage at Forestdale, south of Brisbane. Plenty of natural light and ventilation and careful siting of the house to maximise open space for the kids.
