Pakenham Tennis Centre

Pakenham, 2010

This project is to be used primarily as a club room for the Pakenham Tennis club and was designed for Cardinia Shire Council. Council wanted the design to be suitable for an extended range of functions. The building is visible from the overpass into Pakenham and sits easily within its residential setting but it different enough to work as an attractor to the site.

Services Central

Pakenham, 2006

This was a great project where I was called upon to convert an old under-utilised series of squash courts and recreation facility into a facility to house a variety of providers of counselling and support services to the community. We had $750K for this project and was told by Council make the place look like it never existed. This was a great example of how a redundant building can be recycled.
