This small free standing home is located in a heritage conservation zone in Sydney’s Inner West. Our clients needed additional space for their growing family. The alterations and additions included a ground floor extension to the rear, and a first floor additional that had very little impact on the streetscape. We were able to achieve an open plan kitchen living dining area on the ground floor with a direct connection to rear yard, and a parents retreat on the first floor, whilst taking a considerate approach to the neighbours.
