Offices and warehouse
Midland, 2008
Braude Architects Ptty.Ltd. designed and documented this two unit office and warehouse project for Briklay Pty Ltd, a Midland builder. The building now houses Briklay’s offices. Briklay wanted a cost effective building that would represent its corporate image and improve the overall streetscape.
Feasibility Study for the Shire of Mundaring
Mundaring, 2010
The Shire of Mundaring commissioned Braude + Associates to report on a total of six possible options for two local libraries. The Shire requested B+A to consider the merits of six nominated sites, the libraries’ accommodation requirements, building sustainbility factors and building cost.
Residential apartments
Highgate, 2009
Braude + Associates designed 14 single bedroom apartments and restored a late 1890’s residence on this inner urban site. The small site presented a number of design and logistical constraints that were managed during the building’s design and construction. The design acknowledged the local streetscape and urban character and is sympathetic to the existing cottage.
