This extension provided an opportunity to extend the existing Victorian style house to provide more amenity and practical relationships between everyday spaces. The inclusion of a pool and spa gives an outdoor focus around which the house is arranged. The northern orientation and long rectangular shape provide opportunities for winter sun penetration and good cross ventilation.
