Ideal corner location in very close proximity to public transportation, schools and shops. Currently at re-zoning stage to maximise opportunities in an area targeted for significant growth and planned densification.
New 2-Storey Waterfront House
under construction,
New 2-storey residential development located along the Georges River foreshore. The site was a challenging site with numerous design and planning constraints. In addition, the site was located amongst heritage listed buildings requiring a delicate response. The result is a contemporary residence designed to take full advantage of its waterfront location and access. The design takes into consideration the dual aspect of the site – the need to establish an architectural identity along the foreshore whilst at the same time respecting the heritage significance of the area and of the buildings in close proximity. The house sits humbly in its context.
Major Alterations & Additions
inner west, 2012
Major alterations & additions to existing 50+ year old federation house including a first floor addition. The design is a fusion of old and new reflecting the client’s desire for modern conveniences whilst having a healthy respect for the ‘old world charms’.
