The practice operates predominantly in the area of both residential and smaller commercial projects. Recently we completed one small library for an independent school with another school library (now under construction) in Tasmania. We operate in NSW but now have a couple of projects in Tasmania. Distance is no barrier for our design and dcoumentaion services. We recently completed a small house for a farmer based in Nyngan NSW. With the use of 3D modelling software and the benefits of the internet, you are able to receive your virtual building delivered to your computer. That enables you to explore the design at your convenience and develop a good feel for the finished project.

House at Castlereagh

Castlereagh NSW, 2010

This is a small family home for two professional people and their children overlooking the Penrith Lakes Scheme. We worked closely with the client to transform their ideas into a buildable project on a tight budget. The best views were to the worst solar exposure but this was overcome by carefully selecting the glazing, the area of glass and having appropriate shading devices. The builder was O’Mara Constructions, a well respected local building firm.

Beach house at Stanwell Park

Stanwell Park, 2009

Sometimes your client buys a site that has great ocean and beach views but is so steep, you wonder what you can do with it. This is a three bedroom beach house that faces south on a very steep block. Early in the design program it was decided to design the house into distinct pavilions that step up the site. This allowed for northern sun to penetrate every room across internal level courtyards. The main living spaces open out onto a deck that face the beach and ocean
