Fulton Trotter Architects
Fulton Trotter Architects’ history can be traced back to 1946. Several of Queensland’s historic and iconic buildings have been designed by the practice. Charles Fulton was a pioneer in architectural education in Queensland, and QUT’s architecture faculty is named in his honour: the Charles Fulton School of Architecture. In the 1960s, Stephen Trotter published Cities in the Sun’a seminal text in the acclimatisation of Queensland architecture. Fulton Trotter Architects today comprises three dedicated, full service offices ‘ Brisbane and Sydney. While supported by the Fulton Trotter Architects network, each office is independently managed and operated, and committed to the communities.
