Warwick Fabric

Showroom & Office- Warwick Fabric’s showroom and Office is located in an adapted warehouse and provides contemporary open planned offices and work spaces with the added benefit of flexibility to become a showroom in the near future. The design is generated from the concept of ‘interconnection of parts’ – weaving spaces anlogous to a textile loom. The analogy is taken right through to the detailing through the use of linear ceiling elements and carpet, and a feature stair of interlocking stainless steel threads.
Pioneer Sands Motel

Contract Documentation & Interiors- Quality Suites Pioneer Sands Motel forms part of a $45M residential, accommodation & function centre development in the beachside suburb of Towradgi, north of Wollongong. Nicholas Associates was commissioned to design & document the fitout of the Motel ground floor incorporating the foyer, function centre & cafe precinct. Drawing inspiration from the local history of Towradgi Beach, the interior concept is a contemporary interpretation of the local dunes and sets a new standard for conference facilities in the area.
Bayview Golf Club

Contract Documentation & Interiors- When Bayview Golf Club built their new clubhouse, Nicholas Associates Architects was commissioned not only to provide construction documentaion, but also to create a new interior fitout which captured the character of the Club’s membership. Having been commissioned after the commencement of construction, the construction documentation was fast tracked and developed in accordance with the construction staging and set cost plans. Regardless of the tight time frames, significant savings were acheived through rationalisation of structure, detailing & layout and the project objectives achieved.
