This Beach House is designed as an element in a duo of houses. Intended to complement its counter part in a common architectural language.The collective palette of materials which include Australian bluestone, pre-cast concrete, zinc, and stainless steel were purposely specified in a rugged response to the harsh beach environment. Created for the modern family each home is an individual resort tailored to provide contemporary living.

Beach House 2 is the subsequent building adjacent to BH1. It is designed to complement its neighbour with similar architectural design and use of materials. Each Beach House is planned with two pavilions that link to a central courtyard which incorporates outside entertaining areas over looking the pool.
