We approach our projects to deliver and provide architectural spaces that are unique and aesthetically suited for each of our clients’ needs + desires, yet conforming and fitting within the context of its surrounds. Hampton Residence

PLEASE NOTE: This project has been completed whilst working and practicing in the UK as the Project Architect. A complete refurbishment and extension to an Edwardian family home built in early 1900’s in the suburb of Hampton in London. The client’s brief was to partially restore and update the property to accommodate a growing family living in the 21st century whilst respecting the history and heritage of the house and its neighbouring properties. The completed project allows the occupants to successfully transit from the newly created modern open-plan spaces on the ground floor to the refurbished traditional rooms on the first floor. Materials that has been carefully specified further enhances this juxtaposition of smooth transition between the old/new and indoor/outdoor living spaces that has been created.
