Killara Residence
Killara, 2005
This was a substantial renovation generally within the existing building envelope. The architectural work included upgrading the existing facilities including re planning, improving the proportions of the various living spaces, designing all the joinery including the kitchen, living rooms, wardrobes and bathrooms.
Bondi Junction residence
Bondi Junction, 2006
This was a freestanding home on a very small square shaped site on the fringe of Bondi Junction. The project involved retaining two walls as they were on the boundary and essentially designing a new home that maximised the northern light to all the rooms and captured the cross ventilation with highlight windows. The planning facilitated a north facing courtyard, 3/4 bedrooms and off street parking.

This is a semi in bondi that was built in stages. The first stage with the downstairs being the living/dining and kitchen. 3 years later the upstairs was built while the residence lived in the house.
