Retail/Office Premises

Station Street, Bowral NSW, 2009

Our client’s brief was to create a simple, modern high tech building with a striking appearance & ample natural lighting whilst maximising the potential yield of a small sloping site between a major through road & the southern railway line in Bowral. The established oak tree on the front facade was retained and the building provides adequate insulation from heat and noise from the adjacent railway line and maximises floor area and comfort for its occupants.

Residential

Bowral, NSW, 1997

A welcoming, character filled family home with year round comfort levels was built on a difficult hillside site facing east towards Mt. Gibraltar. The house was required to be open to the eastward views with a functional open planned arrangement of rooms linking easily with outdoor living spaces.

Burradoo, NSW, 2003

‘Anglewood’ is a listed item of heritage significance and is protected by a Permanent Conservation Order. The Queen Anne style building was constructed in 1890. The former three storey home and special school for truants consisting of 45 rooms was adapted and restored to a private residence and as close as possible to the original 35 rooms of accommodation and service areas.
