Projects:
North Fitzroy House
North Fitzroy , 2010
This project is an addition to an existing solid brick heritage listed house in North Fitzroy. Due to its size and orientation the existing two storey building had little access to natural light. The new living spaces that are now built were designed to capture sun and air, and to create a connection to the outdoors. The materials that were chosen are typically FSC or GECA certified, finishes are natural or low VOC.
Brunswick House
Brunswick , 2012
Alterations and additions to an existing weatherboard house. The owners of this property wanted to create a vibrant and dynamic space for their family. The owners wanted to use timber as the predominant material in the building, and all of the recycled timbers were chosen from salvage yards by the owners themselves.
Jan Juc House
Jan Juc, 2009
This is a new house that has been built over three levels. A central courtyard has been created to capture north sun into a living space that has southern ocean views.
