A major extension to an existing facility requiring very careful planning and construction within limited budgetary constraints. The existing facility required full use on a regular basis during construction and the brief required an upgrade to respond to current accommodation requirements, a renewed sense of vitality and an identifiable profile. Cashmore Apartments
Melbourne, 2003
A central city building in a dilapidated condition above ground floor. The building was completely refurbished internally and reinstated externally while the ground floor tenant remained in occupation. Each floor contained one or two apartments with the upper floors on two levels plus an outdoor roofdeck.
