We have successfully participated in the delivery of a number of apartment building, multi unit and dual occupancy developments. In the Heyington Place project we maximised the opportunities presented by a relatively compact sloping site to achieve the best outcome for our client. We have a thorough understanding of planning controls and objectives and after detailed consultation with neighbours and the council we led the consultancy teams to a successful outcome at VCAT.

We have completed a broad range of residential alteration projects throughout the East and Bayside of Melbourne. 138 Beach Road Sandringham involved the complete refurbishment of a period residence including a new first floor and roof deck extension to take advantage of the fabulous views over Port Phillip Bay.
