Undertaking a feasibility study of the site which investigated critical items on the proposed project. The study highlighted both benefits limitations on the project which were driven from: – Children’s regulatory design guidelines (DEECD), – local planning requirements and – existing site matrix (existing services and street planning) – locality to existing infrastructure such as bus routes, proximity to services schools shop etc Early findings of the report indicated that the proposal could be feasible; continuing Seeed produced a schematic design for the proposed childcare centre to finalize the report for the client. Coupled with the background information of the site with the graphical demonstration of the actual planning of the centre on the site the client possessed the information in a clear and concise manner to be able to make a well informed decision of direction for the project. In review of the feasibility report the client progressed the services of Seeed to undertake Design Development of the project to further secure the proposal for the site for the preparation of obtaining funding. Coupled with the feasibility study with the design development drawings the client was able to successful in progressing the project through the presentation that such a proposal at the site is possible and feasible.
