Northbridge WA, 2000
(RAIA 2002 DESIGN AWARD) New office building adjacent to a hertiage listed building on the same site. The office consists of one 435m² and two 70m² suites. The project successfully addresses the issues related to providing a contemporary office building which is sympathetic to the existing forms of its heritage listed site and other light industrial neighbours.
