Projects:
FORTVIEW MODBOX
MT CLAREMONT, WESTERN AUSTRALIA, 2008
Modbox is a design concept for Modular Transportable Housing. Built in a factory in Bibra Lake and trucked to site in Mt Claremont, the first prototype was a second storey addition to an existing 1960s house.
KENLOW SHOWROOM
Cnr Scarborough beach Rd + Maine St, 2011
The project is a conversion of an existing Curves Gym to display centre for Kenlow shades and awnings. By exposing the magnificent saw tooth roof of the old Scarborough bus company the space became beautiful light and airy. Using a combination of steel and timber to tie in with the heritage elements, the showroom is blend of old and new, rough and smooth. Just how we like it. We designed the space with a refined industrial aesthetic, combined with the idea of cooling shade.
SUBURBAN INFILL HOUSING
VARIOUS, 2013
Perth is undergoing a vast expansion of its population, with it the requirement for quality low cost, well designed housing. We have completed a number of these projects, which are about 90m2 and cost around $100K. The plans are carefully thought out and climate and aspect are blended with the small site and tight planning.
