Greystanes Business Park
Greystanes NSW, 2010
Our task was to masterplan quarry end-use to deliver a framework for the highest and best use of this key parcel of land. Intrinsic to the exercise was not only the optimization of land use but also the establishment of an urban design strategy and “vision” for the site. Through the careful evaluation of design controls, infrastructure requirements and environmental constraints, an efficient and complimentary business community was born. The end product was the successful sale of the land to developers and the ongoing investment in this future business hub.
Centrelink Blacktown
First Ave. Blacktown NSW, 2010
This project entailed the design, documentation and contract administration for a new commercial office building to house a Federal Government tenant. Key to the design was a robust, cost effective yet aesthetically attractive solution which would not only address durability concerns related to use but also satisfy an AGBR energy rating of 4.5 stars and council aspirations for high class urban renewal in the immediate area.
