Paragrid Pty Ltd
Paragrid Pty Ltd is an architectural studio located in the Inner West of Sydney, doing renovations, homes and heritage restorations since 1983. Projects range in size from small, eg rear renovations to large scale, a 8 level tower in Pyrmont. For our clients we have done incredibly small shops in the Strand Arcade to restoring grand mansions on Johnston St Annandale. We think everyone should work from home to solve the traffic problems in Sydney. As part of the future of the architectural profession we are mentoring at least one architecture student working part time on real projects. Paragrid also provides a decent cup of tea or coffee and cakes at all of our meetings.

Annandale Restoration of Facade
262 Johnston St Annandale, 2009
Leichhardt Council, difficult access, builder sick and weather were all issues that raised their head during this project. In conjunction with a sculptor, gargoyles were designed and installed. A great result which allowed light and air into the front rooms transforming the house and the precinct. Winner: High Commendation National Trust 2009 (Renovations less than $1Mil)
