Major alterations and additions were completed recently to this large property in the leafy suburb of Castlecrag. The site has panoramic views and some substantial native vegetation. Having lived in the house for 5 years, our clients were able to appreciate the unique qualities of living in this location. We were able to bring our design skills to combine with our clients unique requirements to modify/replan the various rooms and spaces and take advantage of the site’s magnificent attributes.

A well located Californian bungalow needed upgraded facilities, to meet market demands as a rental property. These included a new kitchen, dining room bathroom, ensuite, & living areas. The Californian bungalow style was maintained with this substantial addition of the new areas.
