Projects:
Californian bungalow Alts & add’s
Centennial Park, 2001
Alterations and additions to existing residence, including a contemporary apartment in existing roof. The project – originally the renovation of a storm damaged home – offered the opportunity of introducing natural light to a beautiful, but dark, bungalow. A generous sized front verandah was glazed to control traffic noise and bifold doors allowed it to flow from the front living rooms. The project also included a new pool and landscaping.
Californian Bungalow Project
Coogee, 2004
The brief for this project was to provide a first floor living space that could also be used by overseas guests. On the ground floor requirements were to introduce light into a new kitchen and sunroom in a previously dark corner of the house.
