Extensive alterations and additions to an existing house. The client approached us to create ‘the best house in the street’ Alterations included the removal of the existing roof to create an expansive terrace with magnificent views of the harbor. Extensive excavations of the under-croft to create a 4 car garage, walk-in cool room, wine cellar and home office. Complete refurbishment of the interior with now 3 Kitchens, 8 Bathrooms and 5 Bedrooms
Woollahra Residence

Design the complete refurbishment and extension of an existing Semi in Woollahra. The existing main building was converted into two bedrooms each with ensuite and walk-in robe and the formal living area with fireplace. The existing rear was demolished and replaced by a 2 storey addition comprising guest WC, kitchen, dining and family living and large outdoor entertaining area. Upstairs is the master suite with large bathroom and wardrobe area.
