Norman Park Child Care Centre

Redevelopment of an existing school building constructed in the 1930’s to accommodate a child care centre for 135 children and associated offices for the developer / operators.
Ahern Street Affordable Housing
Labrador, Queensland, 2011
Development of a social housing project on the northern Gold Coast planned to accommodate 63 families and individuals in need in a range of studio, one bedroom and two bedroom apartments. The project is currently planned to commence construction in 2010, and be ready for occupation mid 2011.
