In late 2007 Brandrick Architects were appointed as consultant architects for the project. the project involved the investigation of a design for a new trade centre at the Hare Street campus. The new building needed to be flexible and to house: ‘ Automotive ‘ General Construction ‘ Plumbing ‘ Electrical ‘ Agriculture ‘ Horticulture The associated area of the new building is 900m’ and the budget was set at $2.3 million.

The proposed development consists of 6 Strata Titled units, 3 with a frontage to Maiden Street and 3 with a frontage to Porter Street, Moama. Units 1-3 are of the same design and will face south onto Maiden St, and unit 4-6 are of the same design and will face north onto Porter Street.
