In this series of The Block, Brenchley Architects took on the renovation of a 1176 square meter factory at 47 O’Grady Street in Albert Park. This 10 week renovation has all the luxury elements including secluded sun spaces, windows and multi-storied apartments
142 Park Street
Victoria , 2013
The Block Sky High hit Australian screens in 2013 and 142 Park Street went from a run down hotel to set of a beautiful luxury residences, complete with a pool and magnificent terrace with views across Melbourne. Brenchley Architects created a building that met the 8* Nathers code, and won international acclaim for it sustainability.
