C.D.S. Architects

C.D.S. Architects was founded by Charlotte Doger de Speville in 1993 as a sole practioner practice specialising in low to medium density housing, commercial and retail developments. The practice has self assessed Quality Assurance in accordance with AS/NZS iso 9001-2008 and is registered with the Queensland government PQC system at Level 2. The practice also work in association with Gayle Plunkett Architect, another sole practitioner on larger commissions to ensure that the project undertaken, is delivered on time. Charlotte has graduated as an Architect at RMIT in 1984, has worked in various medium to large Architectural Practices on large industrial, commercial and retail developments.
