Facilities include 66 x 30m covered riding arena with viewing area, 20 stables, wash bay, 8 tie up rails, 2 tack rooms, 2 feed rooms, office ,tea room 18m round yard, 60 x 20m outdoor arena,and associated infrastructure.

2 new three bedroom modern 2 storey town houses set on a narrow site in a suburban context, where the site is adjacent to a park and is in the vicinity of the beach. Strong ESD principles have driven the overall scheme, where each house is separated into two pavilions, based around a central courtyard space.
