We are creative team focusing on ‘one of’ Residential, Commercial, Public and Industrial projects, including Urban Design and Interior designs. We work nationally and internationally as individual practice or in collaboration with others. We believe that honest team approach and collaboration between architect, client, consultants and Industry with full attention to every detail must result with successful Project. Davor Mikulcic serves as design principal for all studio commissions and with team look after Project from inception through all phases of project till completion.

Blundell new Residence
Upper Hutt – New Zealand, 2007
From New Zealand Institute of Architects Jury citation for award in architecture: “The thoughtful and considered application of universal principles of accessibility has made for a fully integrated solution to living on wheels on the side of a hill. The design, planning, construction and attention to detail have been thoroughly explored and executed to form a spacious, supportive and naturally accessible living environment.” New residence is actually Residential projects – house for person with special needs. One of family members is on wheel chair. Demanding requirements, amazing site, incredible open minded Client and our passion to create something unique make this project quite challenging. Process was amazing and took nearly 4 years from Initial Clients meeting to completion. Approximately 270 m2 residence and over 150 m2 of decking and raised garden incorporate triple garage, entry hall – gallery, open plane kitchen living dinning area, separate formal living and dinning area, Master bedroom with walking wardrobe and ensuite, two separate visitors double bedrooms with separate bathroom, studio (or fourth possible bedroom) laundry – utility space, storage room, covered deck area with spa pool, expansive decking all around residence with ramps and raised garden (to be able to work from wheel chair), pond, combine all client space requirements.
Wilkins new residence
Khandallah – Wellington, New Zealand, 2009
On new urban lot at old, prestigious Wellington (New Zealand) area of Khandallah, we designed three story new residence with about 320 m2 of enclosed space and app 170 m2 of terraces and decks. Orientation of site, slope, access, view towards Wellington City and harbor, City Council high control plane restrictions, boundary set back requirements and main services going underground through middle of site, where very challenging, but final design very well address all that and successfully fulfill all Clients requirements and provide even more. Open entry hall with void of over 9 m through three levels, glass bridge through void, lift, big open plane living, kitchen, dining area and multifunctional home theater – third living area, over 9 m high interior falling water , top roof terrace with spa are just some of features of this contemporary new home.
Pendrous new residence
Seagrove-Wellington, New Zealand, 2008
On small lot of only over 500 m2 we created three story contemporary residence. Extensive clients brief, required spacious house of nearly 300 m2 and we combine and included through design double garage with internal access and on lower ground level orientated toward Hutt Valley and Wellington harbor two double bedrooms with separate bathroom and laundry. With internal steps is access to main middle level or upper ground level with main entry hall, open plan kitchen living and family living area and north deck with BBQ seating area, visitors toilet, and big Formal living – home theater room with full glass wall with view towards Wellington City and harbor. Interesting internal timber – steel steps connect top level which combine open plane office with roof terrace towards Wellington harbor and on another side towards Wellington city is big Master bedroom with small library, walking wardrobe and ensuit. At front of master bedroom with big glass sliding doors and view towards Wellington is roof terrace.
