This two story renovation creates a four bedroom family home on a small, challenging, inner city site. It retains the heritage appeal of the residence while incorporating the modern features of practical living. The building design responds to the inner city context, and features a number of architectural design elements.
Newport Residence

The extensive upgrade to the existing hertitage house accomodates a new open plan kitchen/ living and dining area which opens out onto the back yard. The popped up roof form captures the north facing natural sunlight.
Richmond Residence 4

A new house on a long narrow inner city block of land. The middle of the house captures natural sunlight via a double height void with angled skylights to comply with the planning requirements. The rear of the house opens out onto the back-yard with large panel glass doors.
