Medical Centre

Beenleigh, 2009

Located in an established shopping centre, the medical centre was designed to fit in the available space. In time more tenancy spaces became available and extensions were added while the medical centre was in full operation. The centre went through 4 stages of extension starting with 3 consulting rooms. Today the medical centre is operating with 8 consulting rooms, a pathology centre, 2 dental rooms and 2 treatment rooms. In this project fittings and finishes materials such as natural timber and corrugated iron sheet used in design of reception combined with mixture of vibrant and natural colours on walls and furniture assisted in creating a pleasant and inviting atmosphere in the surgery. Project was also managed by ER Architects.

Seven Hills House

Seven Hills, 2014

The new house on a steep small lot was designed for a young family. The brief was to capture views and to create large spaces focusing on connectivity between interior and exterior. Maintaining high quality design and finishes and at the same time meeting the budget were challenging. The clients were keen on the use of natural timber throughout the house and quality fittings, finishes and fixtures. Kitchens, bathrooms, screens, stairs, handrails and balustrades were custom designed and detailed to meet their expectations. Numerous design reviews and attention to detail resulted in achieving spacious rooms, interior and exterior spaces where practical solutions were applied to clients brief. The project is currently under construction.
