This is a significant civic building for the City of Kerang that serves as a Library, Art Gallery and Meeting Place. The building is a landmark building designed as a stack of books leaning against each other. The shapes, colours and materials used combined against the exisitng heritage water tower as a backdrop has resulted in a community building of the highest order.

Princes Park Multi-Purpose Pavilion

Caulfield, 2008

This is a sports pavilion serving 2 soccer pitches. It provides 4 modern changerooms that all open up to 1 large space served by a Kitchen/Canteen. This project has become a reference to other councils when they want to see how a sports pavilion primarily for 1 or 2 sports clubs can have a multi-purpose community use thus justify a greater capital expenditure to be made.
