Inner Architecture is a small practice established in Sydney, the company is a progressive and diversified practice covering the fields of Residential, Industrial, Commercial/ Retail and Heritage projects. Bill, the principal has experience in Age Care & Health Planning, design that includes hospitals, nursing homes and retirement villages. Bill has been involved in the field of architectural services and building for over 23 years he is the principal of Inner Architecture. He understands the relevance of a good working relationship balanced with the need to place together the aesthetic and functionality of the design goals with the users needs, budget and constructability.

Existing two storey late Victorian shop and residence located on a corner which is listed as a Heritage Item. The building is substantially intact externally but has suffered extensive damage to the interior through fire and general dilapidation. The proposed alterations and additions to the site included the refurbishment of the existing fire damaged building with new additions to the rear. The new configuration of the building will incorporate a shop/office on the ground floor and two, two-bedroom apartments. The total area is approximately 233m²- built in, concrete, brick, timber, steel, zinc and glass.
