Projects:
Loch Hill House
Crookwell, 1995
Major alterations and additions to existing farmhouse. Existing house was uninsulated, wrong orientation for solar gain and did not capture views. All these problems and more were addressed along with increasing number of bedrooms from 4 to 6 by ulitising the roofspace for additional rooms. All natural materials were used including paints, polished concrete or hardwood timber floors and oxide tinted render for exterior walls.
