4 Bedroom residence on steep, restricted site with garage underneath and elevator to living area. All accommodation is designed around large inner courtyard with water feature. Client’s brief was to be conscious of energy flows and use curved walls rather than straight walls and place taps on left side of bathrooms where possible. They also wanted to be as sustainable as possible and all rainwater is captured on site in a 30 000 liters storage facility, recycled and filtered for drinking and cooking.
