The existing house circa 1934 being under Heritage overlay was renovated to accommodate all the private bedroom spaces with their amenities. The new extension linked through a glass corridor focused on the public space.These living areas are immersed in the surrounding garden which made it suitable to enjoy the outdoors without being affected by the noise.
