Clovelly
Clovelly, 2015
A Semi-detached terrace house in Clovelly. The proposed alterations and additions rectify a poorly located existing pool and connection between the living areas and the rear garden/ outdoor entertaining area. The design stems from providing this connection by opening up the living/ kitchen area and framing the rear pool and garden. The scheme turns the original two bedroom dwelling into a new four bedroom house over two storeys with new open living areas with contemporary lines and finishes.
