UDI has been providing design services in Tasmania for 12 years, mainly in the residential sector with a focus on producing succesful results for difficult blocks or complex situations. Recent projects have concentrated on increased energy (thermal) efficiency and sustainability through sound raw material selections that minimise site labour and ongoing maintenance to best use our clients finances and produce robust dwellings that age tastefully. Our offices in Bellerive provide a central location for all southern and eastern projects, although we have also undertaken a variety of commisions in Deloraine and the Tamar Valley.
