City Golf Club
Toowoomba, 2009
City Golf Club Alterations and Additions was a project designed to update and upgrade the existing facility as well as meet the ongoing and foreseeable future trend and expectations of Club services and functions within the Community. In brief, the project consisted of adding Golf Course frontage to the existing building, opening up the interior of the premises by relocating walls, bars and cafe, and applying a new and exciting Interior Design package throughout. The brief for the design included terms such as ‘light’, ‘energy awareness’, ‘fresh’ and ‘contemporary’. The project was seen as developing the Club into a multi functioning Bistro, Sports bar and Function Centre for the Toowoomba district, where patrons could feel relaxed and be able to identify with the functionality of the interior whilst keeping the exterior of the new works in sympathy with the original building.
The Vistas
Gold Coats, 2007
The Vistas is the multi-award winning precinct within the master-planned Emerald Lakes community. Consisting of 159 residences all custom designed to harmonise with the fairways of the Emerald Lakes Golf Course. Nine unique design styles were produced to ensure individuality so each residence has its own signature combination of design and setting. We integrated architectural themes combined with bold and innovative colour combinations to produce one of the most distinctive and admired community profiles in Queensland. The complex includes individual houses, Townhouses and 2 storey walk-up units and the associated environs include a fully equipped Gymnasium, lap pool and community BBQ facilities and Community Room.

This modern home in a Park Residential setting consists of 5 Bedrooms over 4 levels with extensive outdoor decks, pool and private courtyards. Design features include Clean Lines, Natural Timber floors, Air Conditioning, State of the Art Kitchens and Plush Bathrooms. All bedrooms are spacious, including children’s rooms which are designed with study nooks. The Master Bedroom features an Open Ensuite Bathroom, raised Bed platform and separate Dressing Room. The covered Outdoor Entertaining area incorporates its own BBQ Kitchen and is linked to the main structure via tiled resort style pool surround The exterior finishes are slick and contemporary and teamed with a subtle colour scheme give an overall modern appearance. Set amongst a background of natural woodlands in the Gold Coast Hinterland, yet only minutes from the City Centre, beaches and transport corridors this house can be described as a Retreat from the bright lights of Surfers Paradise.
