Office Development for Department of Lands
Port Moresby, 2012
Winner of the 2014 PNGIA VIDAK Commercial Design Excellence Award, is Eda Tano Haus. The design provides a dignified home for the Department of Lands and Physical Planning, and symbolises Papua New Guinea’s success. The building form stands without excess decoration and is solid in expression. The clarity and purity of form are important characteristics in the design and can be interpreted as a symbol of strength. Enveloping the entire building is a silver clad skin, with large glass facades drawing natural daylight deep into the floor plates. The architecture references the local building rhythms and frequencies, reflected in the roof forms and hierarchy of space.
Sir Richard Branson’s Makepeace Island

Located on one of Australia’s prime locations on the Sunshine Coast, is Makepeace Island Resort. Designed specifically for Sir Richard Branson as his Australian home and a secluded sanctuary. This ultimate destination is surrounded by river on all sides and is teaming with natural wildlife, plants and trees along with the spectacular backdrop of the hinterlands. Through the creative design, architecture and approach, ETS Group created a luxurious resort set into the natural landscape, creating a peaceful retreat to escape and rejuvenate.
HEALTH AND RACQUET CLUB, AIRWAYS HOTEL

The Airways Hotel Health and Racquet Club is a modern sports and health facility, located on a steep slope overlooking Jacksons International Airport in Port Moresby. The facilities are situated within the hotel precinct and form part of a collection of experiences on offer to hotel guests. The design accommodates a variety of important pragmatic sports facility requirements, and orders them appropriately throughout the development. These facilities are uniquely fused with luxury and nature, creating an idyllic place to escape and rejuvenate.
