Five Dock, Sydney, 2013
A new 8-star rated house on a suburban block close to the water, designed in collaboration with Australian Living for clients passionate about Sustainability and sensitive, contemporary architecture, interiors and landscaping. The design is structured around two central courtyards that will become the lungs of the house, bringing air and light into the rooms. The open plan kitchen. living and dining room are the heart of the house, opening onto the lush rear garden with pool and the internal north facing courtyard, enabling many modes of living indoor and outdoor.
